Support
Answers for setup, examinations, patient records, PDF reports, and local data handling.
Language and camera access
Which languages does MOTILITY9 support?
MOTILITY9 currently supports English and Korean. When the device is set to a supported language, MOTILITY9 uses the corresponding app language automatically. There is no separate language switch inside the app.
Why does MOTILITY9 need camera access?
Camera access is required to capture the nine gaze positions used in an examination. MOTILITY9 does not require microphone access during 9-Gaze capture.
Examinations and patient records
Where are records stored?
MOTILITY9 currently stores patient and examination records locally on the device.
What happens to the original camera frame?
The full camera frame is temporary. MOTILITY9 creates the standardized eye-region image and deletes the temporary full-frame image after the crop is created successfully.
Can I return to a completed examination?
Yes. Completed examinations remain available from the patient record unless they are deleted.
Can I resume an unfinished examination?
Yes. An in-progress examination can be resumed unless it has been cancelled or deleted.
Notes and PDF reports
Can examination notes be edited after finalization?
No. Examination notes are locked after report finalization.
Can a finalized report be opened again?
Yes. A finalized report can be reopened and exported to PDF again.
What is included in the PDF?
The PDF includes patient and examination information, the 3×3 9-Gaze result, examination notes, and footer information on a single portrait page.
Device changes and local data
MOTILITY9 does not currently provide cloud synchronization for examination records. If app data is deleted, the device is reset, or the device is lost, locally stored records may not be recoverable from WONWINNIE.
