Terms for using MOTILITY9 for 9-Gaze capture, patient-linked examination records, and PDF report generation.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use apply to MOTILITY9, developed by WONWINNIE. By using MOTILITY9, you agree to these Terms and to comply with applicable legal and organizational requirements.
2. What MOTILITY9 does
MOTILITY9 supports standardized 9-Gaze capture, patient-linked examination records, examination notes, result review, and PDF report generation.
MOTILITY9 does not provide automated diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or clinical interpretation.
3. Professional responsibility
Users remain responsible for examination technique, clinical interpretation, patient care decisions, and compliance with professional and organizational requirements.
Users should review examination records and PDF reports before using, storing, printing, or sharing them.
4. Patient information and authorization
Use MOTILITY9 only when you are authorized to create, access, store, export, or share the patient information involved. Users are responsible for obtaining any consent or authorization required under applicable law and their organization’s policies.
5. Local data and device responsibility
MOTILITY9 currently stores examination records locally on the device. Users are responsible for protecting device access and following their organization’s requirements for record retention, approved exports, and device security.
WONWINNIE does not currently provide cloud restoration for examination records. Locally deleted or lost records may therefore be unrecoverable.
6. Reports and exports
PDF reports reproduce information recorded in MOTILITY9 for documentation and review. Once a report is saved, printed, or shared outside the app, the user is responsible for the exported file and how it is handled.
7. Report credits and purchases
If paid report credits or other purchases are offered, the app and the relevant app store will show the applicable price and purchase information. Terms from the relevant app store may also apply.
8. Product changes
MOTILITY9 may be updated as the product develops. Features, supported platforms, and these Terms may change. The current Terms will be published on the official WONWINNIE website.
